It's been out there for a few days. Release date got upped to the 12th. The album is amazing, Dev Hynes really mastered that 80's influenced indie soul/funk vibe on this one. Every song is good, but Chamakay, Uncle ACE, It Is What It Is, Chosen, On the Line..yo! I need to check this dude out live.
Go get this.

I was a little surprised at the number of guests, but its a big step up from Coastal Grooves (which was already pretty great). The little quotes and references to some of is past work are a nice touch.

Dev's the man, super talented guy. Love that song he did with Friends called The Way. It's weird cause if I were to describe Cupid Deluxe sound I would say it has coastal grooves.
