there's no budget for her videos either, judging by the video for "enough of no love."
basically this is another case of an R&B act getting no budget and no promotion. she probably had to hustle that BET show no one is watching all on her own.

The first 6 songs on the disc are about relationships gone bad. Some kind of anger (fuck you, I'm leaving, now you miss my ass, etc). Maybe I'm trippin, but yall don't get tired of that? Like yeah I've had a couple of bad relationships, but I don't wanna listen to shit like that. I hate to be all David Bammer with it, because I know her demographic. Her content isn't meant to be mature, I guess. I mean I can listen to heartbreak music, dont' get me wrong. But her shit always sounds so tasteless and ghetto, to me. The shit is like back-to-back songs with lyrics that rival Beyonce's "Girls" verses for silliness. I dunno man. Ultimately it's just not for me, but I was just in the mood to articulate why. *shrugs*

I heard quite a bit of complaining about how her last album was too happy. People want that angry/heartbroken steez from her, the same way they wouldn't let Mary escape it 10 or so years ago.

I really enjoyed this one. My favorite track is "Hey Sexy". She can score a big pop hit with the track "Signature". Other favorites "Get It Right", "Wonder", "Next Move", and "Who's gonna Hold Me Down". She has another winner. No cd digi-pack! Bummer! I got the Target deluxe version with two bonus tracks.
