they came out right when that look was falling right off.

I guess that made them "memorable" but their music was way better than that look would suggest.

"Suzy" was a funny ass song.

they rocked that look into 87,88 and it didn't hurt them.

they didn't have much talent and the irony is that either or both of those cats could have ended up in Mazarati if Prince had his way.

back in the day we use to call a couple of those cats the Sister Sledge brothers.

that album was done back in 84.

they never caught on big time, however they are infamous for two big songs from Prince "Jerk Out" which they turned down and you can still hear Sir tery casey's vocals on the background and of course "Kiss" and that whole story.

they got shafted on Motown though.

Bernadette Cooper produced some of the tracks on their motown album.

people can say what they want about mazarati but they were funky as hell.....I still hear to this day from people that went to their concerts that sir casey and mazarati put on really great concerts back in 1986 and I even heard from a friend that they did some really funky outrageous stuff at the beginning of their shows where a lady would be dressed in cat attire while walking sir casey on a leash through the audience on his knees. Now, I would have loved to have seen that. My dad blasted their cassette in the car and I would always hear stroke because that song was pretty dang funky.

Hence the 1st person shot of everyone in the band.

Shots - I could do without.

They look like the Revolution from the Dave Chapelle skit.

They look like they got into a fight with The Jets and stole their outfits after consulting with The Furious Five's fashion team.

SMH. Man.

That was sooooo funky!!!!!!

Gay jokes aside, those dudes could play!!

Stroke was a litmus test for many local bands 'round my way back in 86.
