especially music. It’s just never worked for me, which is why I never stopped coming here. Even if there’s far fewer people contributing, there’s still quality music discussions, recommendations, etc. I don’t get that anywhere else.
These conversation, even if increasingly fewer and farther between are way more valuable to me, the nameless, faceless conversations with folks you will likely never talk to again.

those constant certificate issues have been killing it for damn near a decade now - and yeah, everyone I know is tired of what social media has become in the algorithm era. This place would never be like it was 20 years ago, but I’m sure it would be a lot more active than this if the certificate issues weren’t there.
Maybe The Roots will put out a new album, and care about this place again? Lol.
