Even his book doesnt state him witnessing sex trafficking. Al might be able to attest to diddy’s character but as a witness to sex trafficking might turn his testimony on its ear, especially if the defense brings up his possible jealousy towards diddy in raising his kid. Sad to say but its probably more of Kim telling Al. With her being gone, its going to seen as hearsay.
I doubt diddy allowed for anyone he could not have control over into those parties. Also having read TMZ’s report of Cassie in the stand, its already not looking good. They defense is asking her why she didnt leave, why she let 2 dudes pee on her, why she stayed etc etc and although I get and understand her responses, its not giving he’s guilty, just freaky and nastu af. The testimony of the one young woman that spoke if how she was raped by diddy, some woman and another man will have to carry the weight of this case.

Perhaps I’ve been watching too much courtroom tv but I’m looking at what would win the case against diddy. That fact that multiple charges are being served at once is already a bad sign, cause if he beat the biggest charge (SEX TRAFFICKING) then the others will likely get tossed too.
I genuinely like Al B. Sure, was crazy for him as a kid, but if you took the time to listen to his interviews and even chatgpt info about his book, you’ll see he doesnt have any insight on diddy sex trafficking. One of my friends that attended a party and left before the bs popped off could give more insight on it than Al. Now if another case about the murders diddy’s behind (Kim, Biggie, one of Kim’s exes, attempted murder against Al) were to be brought, then AL would be a solid witness.
Anyway, the brother was subpoenaed so he will be on stand. I hope he delivers more than what he’s been saying so far.

You think the defense is not going to pull that card?
There’s folks asking why Cassie stayed based on the defenses questions. They not asking why would diddy do that girl like that. The grand majority of people see him as a monster so they not questioning his ways. They might go eww/yuck and label him but they not expecting him to not be a monster and rt now this case has way too many eww and finger pointing shits&giggles moments.
A murder case on the other hand would be taken more seriously, particularly the murder of a mother of 4 by her long term abusive boyfriend. In this situation Al’s testimony would be much more stronger because he had a positive relationship with Kim and was building a better one with his sons. Even if the diddy’s defense were to come at Al, the deadbeat trope wouldn’t hold much weight especially with Al being a witness to how diddy treated her.
Hopefully the sexual assault case solidly impacts a murder case against diddy.
