Seems like it's on the same level as 90% of songs I hear now a days. Similar music and instrumentation. Similar flow. And frankly, similar subject matter.
She just approached it from an obvious "low joke" point of view. (Or she didn't and she's just an idiot.) Who can say?

Sonically, that sound just doesn’t work for me. I like certain kinds of trap but not that. So if it weren’t for the ridiculous “fart” nonsense, it would just be “not for me”.

and it's not just cringeworthy cuz of the word "fart", but the line is just super corny on top of that.
if a "real rapper" and not Ice Spice rapped that, they'd get killed cuz it's one of those lines rappers get made fun of for thinking to hard/too cleverly...on some "ohhh i really got one w/ this line" type shit.
