Bud (didn't smoke cigs). Was just gonna be a tolerance break, but this time has been hitting different. The extra energy is kinda dope, no more sluggishness or groggy feeling throughout the day. I feel real alert and present. Look better too, without the pothead eyes. No cravings, even when I see the stash in the cabinet.

Also quit coffee at the same time (because of the sugar), and don't drink much alcohol (maybe a craft beer once a month when I'm out). Been working out steadily too. I'm slowly turning into one of *those* health nuts, lol.

Got a juicer that I've never used, so that's up next.

I remember hanging out with this dude a decade ago and I was like you want a drink and he was like, "nah I want to work out in the morning" and I thought he was sooo lame. Chosing working out over hanging and drinking?

The best thing in the world to these days is waking up and feeling good and healthy. Waking up with Energy is the best.

Sometimes once a week. It’s truly amazing
Hes the only person on the planet that feels whats about to happen
As a track fan on watching on TV the camera keeps trying to focus on Lashawn Merrit
Knowing lanes in the stadium you just assume that lane 8 has gone out too fast or is jusy ahead because of the curve
It seems like everyone on the track felt the same way
They center lanes have been racing against each other and they’re neck and neck at the last 100.
And then they both see that there’s a dude in front of them and now its a foot race
And the whole time that dude just kept running. As long as he didnt have anyone in his peripheral he knew he was gold.

I came to these boards to see if any one was talking about the MF Doom/Egon situation abd possibly shed light on why Madlib left Egon too.
