Unfortunately for him, changing clothes & hair didn't make the stars go away.

Chester county cops can spot expired inspection stickers on a car a 1/4 mile away going 50mph at night in the rain, but couldn't find this dude (that had no resources other than what he escaped with) for a couple weeks.
