she told me one worse. 500+ pound lady hooked on fentanyl. dealer would come in and basically put it in her mouth. he goes over, she aint conscious. he dips and calls an ambulance. they come in.
this woman is stuck to the couch, her flesh has rotted and fused with the couch. they call the fire dept. they jaws of life the couch...and take her to the hospital with the couch STILL ATTACHED to her.
extensive surgeries to get the couch off. all sort of bugs and shit. flesh just become a bug nest village. pussy bugs. ...what got me though....her sacrum....ie tailbone, root chakra area....had both FLIES and BEETLES pouring out of it.
her hospital room stunk to high heaven....flies everywhere.

apparently not all that uncommon in this hospital. the combo of morbid obesity + opiate addiction (it's almost all fentanyl these days) is not a good one
Best job of my life working with the best people I've ever worked with, doing work that makes a positive difference in the world! And I just returned from a vacation in Edinburgh for the book festival they have there every year -- it was like a dream come true!

I haven’t heard the brain worm story and I’m NOT about to look it up. But if it’s real, it’s worse than larvae titty by default. LT was a trypophobia inducing photoshop and a made up story.

Because I didn't *see* the worm in the brain, and a brain is invisible inside a skull. I know there's brain-eating bacteria and all sorts of shit that can mess up a brain in ways I can't visualize.
