You CAN'T just use your force of will to make your kids NOT be addicted to drugs.
It's a myth. If you could ACTUALLY 'control' them then there wouldn't be SO MANY drug addicts and alcoholics in the world.
The real way to judge the parents is how the respond and support their kids to try to help.
What we've actually seen from Biden is compassion and caring and trying to help.
What the GOP wants you to see, as VOICED by Chris Christie is "If they can't control what their kids do then they can't run a country." He said that on a podcast recently.
Many GOP voters believe in shit like conversion therapy, which is the epitome of this idea.
Also: Hunter is being charged with Tax evasion when Biden was not in office - and buying a gun when he did drugs. The GOP is talking Biden impeachment - they are not serious people. But they do win elections even when their positions are wildly unpopular.
tldr; Drugs are bad. You can't control your kids - especially adult kids. Benghazi worked for the GOP, so they will repeat it.
