I kind of lost track of the weirder portions of that, but I'm pretty sure they suggested (picking the verb to use here was a real adventure) that political leaders were being secretly rounded up by Trump, executed, but temporarily replaced by clones to, like, preserve social stability or something.
I also feel like I read a clever little piece talking about how QAnon was so successful because it basically brought all these other unrelated conspiracies into it and assimilated it into the broader Q narrative.

I think it started during the conspiracies around cloning in general...
Prior to that everyone was reptilian
but once "China cloned a human" then the assumption was "Oh" they prolly BEEN HAD this tech.

Between one picture and another, then jumping to the conclusion that it’s more likely that Celebrity X was replaced by a clone, than it is that they’re just not the eagle-eyed genius detective they are in their mind.
Some loose version of that is my best educated guess.
