he also had a hand in crafting the beat for the song as well since he's listed as one of the producers if I'm not mistaken.

I suspect he played the drums for the track since I've seen videos of him drumming for his live shows, but I could be wrong.

Yep he's definitely a drummer -- and that sounds like his drumming style

I think Paak had the best verse on the song.

had no idea he had such a troubled upbringing with both parents being incarcerated at one point

The description of the spontaneity and attention to craft that he shares with Bruno Mars is pretty cool to read and hear in the music

Hard to not root for the dude
