remember that altered states movie from 1980s with William Hurt experimenting with the sensory desensitization module? going to try one out tomorrow at this spa

so much I signed up for the 200 for 10 sessions within 30 days

After the first one I got the 'hang' of it (focused breathing, letting shit just pop and pass through your mind, not moving a lot that gets the sale in your eye/face needing to wipe it off etc). so the second one was great. When they awakened me with the music, I was OUT like a mug lol. Its very soothing mindfulness and its like being pampered with the nice shower prep and post, the spa environment inside the rooms etc. Its like your whole 'being' took a toke. I highly recommend it.
