This looks like it has a huge budget and you can clearly see it on the screen. People forget how "cheap" GOT looked in its first couple seasons before it became a powerhouse.

I doubt any characters you know from the first show are even referenced in this let alone played by new actors.
Anyway - what do I look like, some kinda nerd? I'm gonna treat this same as I did the first show, let it play out and if the hype builds I'll binge it.

lately I've been hearing people say LOST was unfairly panned for its ending and i still don't agree because so much of the show rested so much on all this mystery, and the writers basically said, ehh who cares, fuck you.
GoT was more they took a group of novels and finished them with a Wiki summary. It was jarring drop but for me it didn't ruin how great it was for 4-5 seasons, mainly because i didn't think it rested as much on the landing. but it def feels like the show is seen as trash by many now
