"So... who's still got the voice in 2021?"

I went to an Erykah Badu concert last night and she still got it like the 90s ain't never left her. It made me wonder who out here in these streets still flexing the vocals live. Fun on a Friday.

Who ya'll got?

I was not expecting her to flex like that. You forget how deep her catalogue goes because she could have done another hour of material.

We need to give Badu her flowers.

I was thinking during the show when she said her first was born in '97. Seven is 24, dawg. I ain't old... but I'm "old". The reminders keep hittin'.

Saw them a couple of years ago and they sounded just as good as the record. Now, as talented as they are I wouldn't pay to see them perform again, but the voices can't be denied.

Every single performance I've seen of hers she killed it. Imo her released music is pretty uninspiring, but again the talent is undeniable.

She's probably my favorite female voice out here now. Supremely talented.

Saw these fellas a few years back and they still got their swag. It was more of an open air venue by Coney Island so I think it took away from the sound, but still worth it. En Vogue also performed and they were cool. It was the 3 lady line-up at that time but they held up pretty well considering.

very on-point

the Nu Amerikah (2008) era, man...that was really thorough...but I'm sure the Worldwide Underground era was a whole other gem of a time.

then the Mama's Gun and even the Baduizm era (captured on that live album) were something...that's a lot of unique era's for one artist.
