In addition to the calls from random states you notice they try to get you with numbers that have the same area code and first three digits?
The chance of you knowing somebody with the same area code and first three digits of your cell is actually pretty much zero, unless you are in a small town

Caller ID said Methuselah Jones...well, I forget, but it was a name that made me think "old and black"
Anyway, I called it back like "this is murderbear, I just missed your call.....and this old black lady on the other end said "naw, you didn't....ain't nobody call you from here"
I apologized, hung up, and moved on.
Then today, someone called me talmbout "I just missed your call"

or some girl who either gave him a fake number or I got a new number that was someone’s previous burner account. He just wouldn’t accept that I didnt know his girl and this wasn’t her number.
He just kept calling and getting more upset.
Finally he says: dude, just put her ok the phone, I know she is there.. its cool”
Shit was sad
