I was watching a video on some Detroit rappers and ALL of them dudes are affiliated and I can’t even wrap my head around banging in a snowy ass, cold climate.

Hell, my people in NC live a 3 minute walk from the ocean and rarely go because its what “white people do”

And I'd assume there'd be a lot less of them when it's frigid outside.
You still got clubs and parties that might bring people together but I'd guess you're not just loitering outside as much when the hawk is out.
I know I was staying in downtown Pitt one winter and JAy Z was performing a couple blocks away. That frigid wind kept me in that night. I'd already frozen my face off just getting back to the hotel from work.

back up in the summer. Personally, I attribute it to people being in their homes, trying to stay warm, away from those they might have friction with vs in the summer where everyone is out.
