I just watched episode 1 of the showtime version of her show. Really fucking good. She had Fran Lebowitz on the ropes.
There really are an infinite amount of worlds. I've never heard of her until I saw the commercial for the show.
Once I looked her up I learned she wrote/writes for Desus & Mero, is on Crooked Media and she wrote for the Onion, Colbert Report, The Daily Show and she wrote for Robin Thede. How TF I missed her is a question that will bug me forever.

I caught her on the last episode of D&M before their break, and do vaguely remember hearing about the tik tok thing she did, last summer I guess, that went viral, asking white people uncomfortable questions I think, even though I never saw one. Donwill's instagram definitely made me remember to watch it since he was talking about it(and produced one of the songs).
I'm never sure what to expect any episode, she'll have topics almost similar to the John Oliver show the same night, but with a completely different approach to 'discussing' it. It's unique and committed to its concept, a weird mix of fun, uncomfortable and serious.

I was only disappointed because I didn't realize it was going to be the finale already. hopefully it's not too long a turnaround if they just have small 'batches' of episodes.
