Moreover, how do you determine, with accuracy, which things are the result of their direct intervention? Do you have any actual evidence that the failure of this was the handy work of "heavenly father"?
Particularly since these people, ostensibly, worship and pray to the same "heavenly father".
Because thanking "heavenly father" for shit like this also means that you're ignoring all the awful shit that he's clearly ignoring.
