Been waiting years for this. Very chill and laid back album. Not much of the upbeat and danceable stuff that she would do with Quadron, but iirc she didn't particularly like making that kind of music. But Quadron also had stuff of a similar vibe to this. It's a good album for headphones, or winding down with a glass of wine.

I'm digging it.

I like it but don't love it after one listen. It kind of reminds me of Han by Berhana. I need to give it another listen.

been following Dawn's career the whole time after she left DK (or they disbanded, whatever).

this reviews i saw for this album made it seem better than it is IMO.

it's good, but not as good as i've seen it made out to be. i liked previous projects much more.

I think Machinedrum did a lot of the music from the sound of it.

Didn’t notice it mentioned here(came out April 23). Anyone listen to it? It was talked about in the Lesson a bit. I saw it mentioned there and saw Phonte talking about it on IG(he’s got a verse on it), so I checked it out and am glad I did.

Definitely worth listening to. I’ve had it on repeat.

I need to give it more listens but I really liked it. Definitely in consideration for album of the year so far for me too.

Yelawolf is bizarre. Makes me wonder if the one with DJ Muggs is someone different. That album was okay while his solo one is basically unlistenable, he's really playing up the hick drug dealer teen angle on it huh. First time I listen to his music and not looking to do that again.
