What's going on here? People committing aggravated dog-napping out on these streets?
Did they know it was Gaga's dogs and were seeking ransom? Or are people getting shot over french bulldogs

they weren't likely targeting her or anyone, just wanted the dogs because they sell for so much and right now it's harder to get them.
