I had no idea it would be this cruel.
I will say that his argument was harsh but on point given where it started. Coldest line was “if you looked like that you wouldn’t have all that fake stuff”

What is sad is the women who are so desperate for black male approval, that they are willing to put their mind, body and soul on a virtual auction block for hopes of a penis.
This man always chooses dark-skinned black women to berate. Occasionally, he will throw in a Caucasian woman for shits and giggles.
The women allow the man to repeatedly berate them and end up begging for his approval. This boosts his ego (aka followers), so he just doubles down on the verbal abuse even more. The ladies and men sit on the sidelines clapping, laughing, and commenting on how hard he hit and how good it is for her to get beat up like this.
Sad and so prevalent in black on black relationships. I don't feel bad for her or for him. They are willing participants in the boxing match.

I do feel bad about the women calling in tho. yeah, they're making the choice to do so, but that speaks to all of the things you mentioned in trying to seek some sort of validation from someone who clearly doesn't give af about them.

Anyway, like he said, she probably don't know anyone who fits the description of the man she wants - one who isn't already married.
I myself don't know anyone who fit the description of what I want (mine is different from hers) so I have come to the conclusion that I either have to settle for what I can get or accept/enjoy being single.
Last time I tried to settle, that mf'er drove me crazy and was borderline abusive. In hindsight, I think he knew that I was settling for him - like he knew that I didn't really want him I was just taking what I could get at the time - and he resented it and that was what made him aggressive and slightly abusive towards me.
So with that in my past, I am just enjoying every one of the benefits that single life has to offer. Even the little stuff like sleeping in the middle of the bed.

Most relationships involve at least one person that was settling (and one person who is punching above their weight class). In fact, I think happier relationships are the ones where the guy is dating slightly out of his league (if his ego can handle that).
But I see a lot of my girl friends after putting up with trifling dude after trifling dude are willing to settle for a guy that treats them well, provides some security and stability and is good company. That doesn't mean they will be less devoted, less "down" or less in love than they would be with the idealized guy they thought they would be with.
Now if a girl was somehow throwing it in a guys face that she was settling (which homegirl didn't say she did BTW), that would be problematic. But otherwise, a lot of black woman start their relationship from a place of settling and grow that relationship into a good healthy relationship.
