Filled with food/water, clothes, copies of important documents, 1st aid, blanket, etc etc etc. It's something that now I've been thinking about cause I live in a place with no near family or friends for hundreds of miles.

It seems like it would be better to have the originals or copies together in a convenient location and in easily transportable storage if you have to grab them in a hurry. I would worry about someone breaking into and/or stealing my car.

Just a copy of my passport and driver's license, I think? And what you say makes sense, I just want to be prepared just in case anything happens. I admittedly need to do more research, as I am not completely sure what I would need in an emergency kit.

idk what it is but 2020 i finally hit point where its starting to take an extra day after pickup hoops to feel good. or having to scale back from 6/week at the gym to 3 or 4/week (ironically i make better gains now but that's another story). i've had the same shoulder injury/irritation keep me down for a month at 2 different points this year. and a nagging groin problem.
and most of all i notice that even after a few days of rest i still just...ache at times.
2021 im getting back on yoga, pedicures, adding in regular massages copped myself a Theragun for Christmas
