In the last 24 hours The Sun, The Daily Beast, and the New York Post ran stories that said Putin to step down in January with worries about Parkison's.

No other reputable site is reporting it. No point in linking


But this comes after reputable sites for the last day or so have been saying that:

"Russian lawmakers consider bill that would give Putin lifelong immunity from prosecution"

I'm curious on what that means as in what signals are being sent, to whom, and what does that mean for us with regards to Donald Trump in a lame duck period.
