To me, the reporter (who's pretty clearly of age) was very mildly suggestive, inviting him into the back room for a drink and then apparently helping him remove his mic from the interview.

I think he actually was tucking in his shirt after removing the transmitter of the mic... but he was lingering in a suggestive way himself. He was hoping she'd help him out a little more *wink wink*

Ultimately, I think he was an old hound that thought he was going to luck into some groupie love.

The worst thing about this is that it shows how easily he could be put in a compromising situation and makes you wonder if there isn't already kompromat out there on him.
