"Would you prefer T**mp gone now or post-election?"

I feel weird asking this and I would never wish harm on another human being like that, buut....

I honestly wanna see him lose the election next month, and live with the defeat, his debts, everything haunting him. That’ll feel like some sort of microscopic beginning of justice served after 4 years of his trashy presidency

But him bouncing now? Idk man.... It just feels like that would leave the whole thing kinda unresolved and no debts paid. How do y’all feel about that?

Dude is a threat. Fuck him.

I want Kamala to bitchslap him in front of the whole world on live tv on inauguration day

I want him humiliated, defeated, and having to face his debt and hopefully jailtime. I want him to reap what he has sown. All that is lost if the virus finishes him

He was basically like, in a perfect world we'd all like to see him lose the election and have to deal w/that, then get indicted for a bunch of shit and go to jail.

But not only is all of that (minus the election, hopefully) pretty unlikely ... but it's also so messy and will just continue to embolden his supporters and shit.

It'd be so much cleaner if he just fucking died.

because i dont want any excuses and i want his supporters to know exactly how many people in this country hate them.

but...if he gotta go he gotta go lol.

seriously i dont even know what happens if he drops out at this point. ballots have already been printed up. and i think if they somehow replaced him with pence...then we run the risk of *our* guard being let down and us thinking the election is a shoe in.

best case scenario imo is he makes a recovery but cant resume campaigning full speed. he stubbornly stays on the ballot. there are a ton of questions about his health and fitness to run the country for another 4 years. and some more bombshells drop on him before election. all driving his numbers down.

He'll obviously never face his crimes himself-- the powers that be simply won't prosecute a former president. Simply can't ever see that happening.

After he's dead, though, people can prosecute the shit out of his whole family. So if he dies right away in November? A+.

The people have to have the satisfaction of watching him lose.

*HE* has to see that the voters reject his foolishness, his divisiveness, his excuses for white supremacy.

He shouldn't be given the opportunity to say I would've won, but they kicked me out because I got sick with Covid.

seriously name one thing he's learned or demonstrated even the slightest bit of contrition on... no matter what happens, tonight, 10 years from now, doesn't matter he'll die telling himself/believing that every single thing he ever did was golden.

He has a complete inability to learn a thing or to even be slightly human.

a sociopath will never perceive justice...only persecution. anything done to him by the law will only cause him to be a martyr to his base..."the left is out to get me" etc

If Covid gets him, he has no one to blame. that's real justice.

The country wouldn't snap back to "normal." It'd be the same shit.

Pence would 100% conduct business like he was Drumf, completely pandering to his base. In fact, it would embolden these shitheads to "honor his memory."

I'd rather he be sick as fuck, survive, take an L, and get prosecuted.

The sooner the better. Enough is enough.

All that dramatic, “I want you to witness this” shit is for the movies.

Fuck him and anyone that loves him. They’re gonna think what they want to think regardless. Who cares. Just get him out.

On one hand, I want 45 to recover, lose the election, and watch the nation reject him and his policies. Even maybe go to jail. Because dying could make him a martyr.
Buuuut on the other, no matter how big the margin, 45 will never accept defeat, say the elections are rigged, then call his base into action. Possibly leading to violent confrontation.
Whichever scenario where the country can quickly and fully recover, I guess, is what I prefer.

A few small examples at this very moment would be our current global mobility, safety protections of our jobs, election integrity, the FBI alert that keeps pinging about white nationalism, a rogue DOJ, him declaring himself that he won't peacefully transition if he loses ... all just to name a few.

The idea that we should wait until January at the earliest for him to relinquish power is insane. Under no circumstance is allowing him time or space to do more damage valuable.

I could see Pence getting a bump from a sympathy vote if Trump passed and Dems not feeling as motivated to vote.

Plus, as bad as Trump is, it's the people around that are really running things. I don't think he really cares about 90% of the shit they do. I want all the people around him out as well.

He's making it super clear that he cares about himself and whatever is up with the country is secondary at best. And still, 70 million were down with running it back. And several of those folks are down with him being as disruptive as possible on the way out. It looks like he's gonna fight with Sandman Sims for 3 months while we all get stuck in the mess.

Him laying absolutely everything being done to undermine the election brings it all into sharp contrast. Especially considering that it's going to take a lot for this not to be decide don election night. I'm not sure they'll make that much of the effort if Drumf is dead.

However, I'm also of the mind that if the shithead does die, it's going to throw the election into all sorts of chaos that the infrastructure country isn't equipped to deal with.

So I still leaning towards letting him suffer, lose, watch Biden be sworn in, and then die.

He just undermined the little grasp most Americans have on quarantining.

Yeahhhhh! My concerns that hella folks were gonna ride with his foolishness came to pass.

There’s still a significant amount of Trump flags on houses in my neighborhood.

Now we’re less than two weeks away from the inauguration of a different person and yeah. Maybe I wasn’t concerned enough cuz this looks to the beginning of a new level of bad shit potentially going down.

I have to assume and hope that ANY foolishness at the inauguration will be met with a notable and harsh force. Or maybe they should tape the inauguration at various locations and then air an edited package on the night just to be safe? We’ll see. Folks love their pageants and parades.
