Do this:
1)Go to eBay.
2)Log in.
3)Add over $25.00 to your cart
4)Begin checkout
5)Enter the coupon code HAPPY25 (all caps.)

If your account qualifies you will get a $25.00 discount.

It worked for me - I bought an Apple Watch band for $4 after coupon.

I have no idea how it determines if it will work for you, it's worth trying though. If it doesn't work just abandon your cart.
