I'm gonna get the green EVA ones too but I'm wondering which ones are better in the leather/suede. Anyone here owned a pair of both?

when I worked at foot locker way back when, only one set of folks were wearing birks. that's all changed.

we've discovered birks and crocs. I won't be doing either. supposedly hella comfy tho.

been wearing them for 25+ years, back to the early 90s and crunchy, stocks-n-socks, New England hippy aesthetic.

Bigger question to my mind is whether to go with the heel straps. First several pairs had the heel strap. Current pair does not. Probably never going back to heel strap. I usually wound up not using it, and then it would be under my heel instead of around it.

Give 'em some time to break in. Current pair took a while but now feels amazing.
