i hear what you're saying and fuck labels for raping artists, but...get something while you're trying to get more?

im guessing most artists give in to the label. the ones that havent probably have plenty of reasons not to.

i would say covid may have taken away a lot of leverage for these artists that were relying on touring. im not sure sure that streaming would be a big impact on their pockets, especially if the percentage is comically low.
