like, i assume it's factory made somehow, somewhere, but some of it is really good and i'm wondering if the people the food represents is made by those people and then packaged, or what? like, how does it all work?

you don't have to be X ethnicity to make X ethnicity's food, they either contract a brand already making the stuff or make it themselves after a lot of market research and testing.

thats insane when you consider their prices aren't outrageous(for everything but meat i think) and those communities are constantly looking for healthier alternatives.
I don't see white people flocking to a neighborhood because their is a TJ's.
