I'm really kind of surprised this story didn't get any traction or burn. It's shocking really.
Essentially, African nations in the U.N. Human Rights Council drafted a resolution which called for an investigation into police violence against black people in the United States because Black people, are killed by police at alarmingly higher rates compared to other developed countries.
BUT THEN
The US specifically requested that any and all references to the United States be stripped from the resolution.
"racism is everywhere," "we shouldn't single out one country,"
AKA "keep my name out yo dusty ass mouth"
Now, keep in mind the US bounced from the Human Rights Council in 2018 in protest of its frequent criticism of Israel’s treatment of Palestinians.
RIGHT? How you do that? How do you quit your job but then send an email stating "No but really, keep my fucking name out yo mouth"???
Why even go through that?
Shit like this just affirms there being some truth to otherwise "coincidental" fascist/racist shit the administration has claimed we're reading into like the red triangle facebook ad and there being 88 instances of it.
