So this story I am sure that some of you have heard about comes out of Akron, OH. Na’kia Crawford who was gunned down in broad daylight on June 14.
Originally it was thought to be a white man who committed the crime. So you know that fake ass movement and their attorney were ready to come out in full force. Now that the murderer is black, there’s no sign of the movement and the attorney has backed of because it’s not a “hate crime”.
He can’t help out because a white man didn’t commit the murder? So there isn’t any racism to sell and niggas aren’t buying??
In a time where this sorry ass movement should take a stand it is NOW!!!!!! A young lady who just graduated from high school two weeks ago is shot over a mistaken identity and then it’s blamed on a white. Niggas don’t seem to be outraged enough. Oh we shouldn’t be up in arms over blacks killing blacks... that have never mattered. For the 17 year old who did this, and the two that were obstructing justice, I pray that they never see the light of day again. This is just sickening.

and it’s the senseless loss of a young black lady. Not enough for BLM and those that support them to show up in mass protests. What about the streets who protect those who commit crimes against those who look like them? Wrong is wrong no matter how you slice it.

^^^ I'm convinced that people who make this argument have never spent any time around black people and/or black institutions (churches, schools, non-profits, youth programs, etc).

The minute I hear it, I want to smack someone. Now we may be a bit behind the curve in the generational wealth game, but when I hear black people idolize other cultures, especially when those communities aren't comparable, it really grinds my gears. ______________________________________________________________________________

If it’s not viewed as high profile it’s going along to get passed to a lawyer who works that type of case.

Does he need to advocate for the family to ensure that the state pursues charges on the suspects? Doubt it. It's a regular murder. The state will prosecute it.
In a typical case, the victim (or victim's family) does not need legal representation in a criminal matter.

Here are the three most important facts I got from this article:
1. "Family members expressed their love of Crawford, her sweet nature, and thanked the public and law enforcement for support."
The family seems happy with the job the police are doing.
2. The killer is black. Crump is a Civil Rights Attorney.
There is literally nothing for him to do in this case. Its a criminal matter for cops and prosecutors to handle and there doesn't seem to be any suggestion that they aren't doing what they are suppose to be doing.
3. "The family said while they are appreciative of the support from the community and for the media coverage, they are asking for space as they cope with their grief."
There is no call to action other than give the family space. So you managed to do the ONE thing the family doesn't want you to do with this tragedy by using this death to make arguments on social media about BLM.

Police brutality and killings should addressed.
The murder of our children by other children should be addressed.
Anyone who’s lived in the inner city (especially before gentrification) knows both affect the community’s overall quality of life in extremely significant ways.
Everything has been figured out except how to live.
