I'm falling out of love with meat (the food product)
The screen name is just a family nickname I grew up with because.

But meat ... I think it's been 3 months of daily cooking the same shit, beef, chicken, salmon once a week, pork once a month

I don't know enough about fish (yet) to add variety and we don't have the time or fridge space to step up the veggie diet too high.

as well as taught me a LOT about food in general.
When the pandemic hit, I wasn't too pressed about food supply, because folks were generally buying up shit that I haven't cooked in years.
It wasn't really about the recipes as much as it was informative about the science of food preparation.
I get frustrated with food blogs, but they helped too.
