I think if the Black US population left to spread out evenly among the African continent, leaving cultural and economic craters, they would still find a way to fuck with us.

Which is what, I think, the current X-Men storyline is/is shaping up to be.

The US and other Western nations arm specific groups to the teeth to destabilize certain regions(see the Congo)


Anyone taking military aid from "western" nations should be dealt with.
