Trolls really are what balanced the internet People probably have a knee jerk reaction to a statement like that because of what trolling has become. But there was trolling before there were images on the net. And what it served to do was make sure that you never went too far up your own ass.
It's unfortunate what it's become. Though I guess it was always going to go too far.

I'm in the "Twilight Zone" state of wondering how much of what is going on outside is a reflection of me, like Kendall.
Like all that stuff I read in the Journal of Psychohistory about some "artistic" types (they especially focused on political cartoonists - but I'm sure a songwriter like Kendall Rey Jones would be in that group of "in tune" artistic types as well) who "channel" the "unconscious" of a nation/people that they are "in tune" too deeply (to the point of disturbance, like Cobain etc.)
