And jumping rope on a little pad right outside the laundry room. No weight gained and my strength training has been solid. Need the running and rowing back in my life, though. I can't run outside. My knees won't let me and I don't have the shoes to make it comfortable.

Starting riding the bike, jumping rope and taking advantage of the free Pelaton workouts online.
We cleared out our garage for more space to workout

I imagine this is going to have a major effect on what people are going to be willing to pay. It'll be interesting to see because they make their money off members who don't use the gym anyway.
They are going to take a beating from the shitbirds but those are probably the best protocols they can put in place.
That video is legit out of a not-so-distant future dystopian sci-fi film.
I'm interested to see the effect on jiu jitsu gyms. It is going to be really rough on that community

Bought a Schwinn Airdyne AD7 bike (air bike like the Assault Bike) for cardio at home. I have some weights to do arms, front squats and walking lunges. My gym told us they will be by appointment only. I understand but im not booking to use weights or machines LOL Also hope they dont expect us to pay full price for that shit. Regardless im putting my membership on pause for a bit.
Much better variety of machines/weights of course but I looked at my history and I was only going 5-6 times a month anyway (I'd much rather run/walk outdoors).
Plus right before all this shit got started there was a woman who CONSTANTLY coughed on the stairmaster and I wanted to punch her in the face then....if someone coughs now they might get dragged out the gym
