Trump's installing his toadies in every important position and our democracy is being stripped from us piece by piece, day by day. It doesn't happen overnight but obviously we've been following it closely enough to know that it's been happening slowly since he was "elected."

As I've said all along, they are in for a penny, in for a pound and there is NOTHING they won't allow. I said that after the Senate refused to hear witnesses/evidence in the impeachment case. Here we are just a few months later, in the midst of a pandemic the response to which is being being used as a means to redistribute wealth, consolidate power, and disenfranchise and eradicate undesirables.
Honestly, it is going to take a whole lot more than voting to change what is happening in this country.

From what I remember and read, the govt and Flynn made a deal: he pleads guilty to lying to the FBI and they won't pursue charges on failing to register as a foreign agent (he was getting paid by Turkey to represent them).
Can the other charge be pursued now, or is that wiped clean too?
