I'm not in a position to decide for him whether if he should chose another profession or not. What I do know is that being a black journalist, particularly an independent/freelance black journalist isn't easy. I have F&Fs who grind hard at that kind of work and I hear it all the time at how they're never taken seriously by A list celebrities and musicians. It's not an easy job and I commend them for making their faces present at what's considered as whites only press pools.

Lil Nas X attended BET Awards. An award show dedicated to black entertainment. Unlike the Grammys which only credentialed 5 or so black media outlets, the BET Awards credentials dozens of black outlets. Lil Nas X hits the BET Awards carpet does an interview with entertainment tonight and walked in. You can google it. Search it. This was the first of 5 music awards shows featuring Lil Nas X. The Grammys being the 5th. He did the same thing every time. So please miss me with your we discriminated on Lil Nas X tantrum. It’s fake rage and your just distracting from the issue that was clearly stated for you in the video.

That’s no explanation at all, that’s trying to save face after being called out, if u are in the media and u want an interview u will take 10-20-infinity chances to get an interview or comments becuz that’s ur JOB
So all those other ppl he called out to on the Grammys carpet weren’t at BET awards? Or they gave him interviews at the other five awards?
