Rented an AirBnB and will mainly be there for sneaker releases but wanted to know what is there to do in Chicago as I've never been.

Are there any dispensaries worth checking out? Vegetarian/vegan restaurants and worthy sight seeing?

I'm not interested in anything sports related so I'll have some downtime.
