Been a real challenge.
Dealing with another adult that you’re not married to is atrocious.
Everyone (rightly) has a slight or significant beef with each other on some level.

That shit was miserable. I actually asked him when he was leaving and that made for an ugly situation. He moved out, got his own spot and retired shortly after.

Didn’t speak to me or the wife for a year.

We started a family right after he left.

We didn’t even have time to enjoy it. As soon as we moved in we always had someone living with us.

He was always around so tension built.

Wasn’t really trying to hear about what I needed to do when it came to my house.

over the past year ive really noticed this. things bother me more. ill get sad for no apparent reason. once i get some sleep ill wake up feeling all better lol

at least im starting to realize it, that helps keep it in check. if i start feeling off ill think ive got good sleep the night before. if not then i know to try to chill and get sleep if i can.

Signs that I need to get some serious rest.

I've read recently that 6 hours of sleep causes the same problems as getting less than 4 hours of sleep, with the only difference being that the 6 hour sleepers don't *feel* as bad as soon, but eventually will end up in the same place.

https://www.fastcompany.com/3057465/why-six-hours-of-sleep-is-as-bad-as-none-at-all

Title is click-bait/incorrect tho, as it doesn't match their own findings:

>Subjects who got six hours of sleep a night for two weeks straight
>functioned as poorly as those who were forced to stay awake for two
>days straight.

Legit will stand there until the doors close and then press the button to catch the next one. Not worried about anything, but don't like the weird vibe I get sometimes. Rather not be alone in an elevator with someone giving me that vibe.

Whole twitter thread about how men should get off first so they don't have to feel like they are being followed if you get off on the same floor. I understand the concern but its just another thing to have to second guess yourself.

Woman refused to get on the elevator with me. She froze but didn’t realize I could see her expression in the mirror.

Had me almost feeling like a stalker even tho I had Starbucks coffees and shit on the way to see my wife.

Always have to google that shit. The no vowels (except sometimey-ass y) thing really throws me off.

Always start off with "ryth.."
