This was brought on my a visit to the grocery store last night.

I was looking for my "Signature Select Arrabiata" pasta sauce and they have none on the shelf. And they removed the tags. And they stopped making it!

Now the other 14 flavors that I don't like - they got PLENTY of f those. But those all suck.

What products or foods did you really enjoy that they decided to stop making for reason?

"Cajun" flavor was a thing in the mid '80s, and when it stopped being one, I figure they stopped making the chips. Or probably the flavor wasn't really that popular nationwide.

Similarly, I think O'Gradys potato chips went out of business due to competition. Their Au Gratin chips used to be the truth.

There was a few years in the mid '00s where they used to make and I'd eat it damn near every day for lunch. Then it disappeared. Never even thought about going back to Oscar Meyer after that.

Lauren had some fun flavors, and I did like Cognac. I liked her Cocoa Mama butter and Dragon's Blood blends, too!

I don't know why she ended Whipped with no notice but I figured she got tired of it, especially after getting crazy demand. She quit Twitter a few times. I wonder if she's on there again?

My new fav whipped butter line is BGLH Marketplace. Speaking of, they recently discontinued my fave, which also happens to be drug-related. Smoked Tobacco and Vanilla. Grrr!

Once Betty Crocker bought em out, it was a fake roll up with no fruit whatsoever

Used to sell it at AutoZone etc. Sprayed on like milk, dried to a nice even shine. Best stuff on the market for a minute. Then it disappeared

i had that once. been looking for it since.

One of the most hilarious things i have witnessed was a drunken conversation with Harris Teeters trying to locate it. His exact description was "an ice cream log with chocolate and vanilla made with love". We cracked up at that. He actually wrote Breyers only to find out it was discontinued. When i was visiting Europe the next summer it was on like every menu for dessert and i would send him pictures to agitate him.

dip defined my elementary school years. They stopped making those some time in the late 90s.

Why they stopped.

They were like nutter butter tasting but better and also shaped like peanuts.

Back in my musclehead days, I'd down some Jack3D, Metabolift or NitroFuel, and I could workout like an animal.

Pretty sure that they stopped making them because...well...it was killing folks...

But damn they worked.

it was clam chowder with shrimp and white fish in it.

That shxt would be SO fire as a kid.

I see it on the net as 'seafood chowder' but it's a different incarnation.
