..on top of my normal comforter...a few things ive noticed:

- my sleep is much deeper...like i'm damn near comatose and sleep through my alarm

- i'm experiencing some circulation issues...arms/hands falling asleep multiple times...that's a bit concerning to me

if the circulation stuff keeps happening, i won't sleep with it anymore..i'll just use it for when i'm chilling on the couch

if so, not really..i personally like being really warm when i sleep

I'm still trying to get used to it, but the first week was rough. I was super comfortable with it covering me while awake during the daytime, but at night when trying to sleep, I felt claustrophobic. It felt reeeaally heavy. The last few days have been better and it's not much of an added weight on me (pun fully intended) lol.

I can't say that it's helped my sleep yet because I'm still dealing with my current severe insomnia issues and still having significant fatigue during the day. Hopefully, it gets better.

Every so often I awake with my arm or some other extremity numb from "falling aspleep".... Started when I hit 40's.....

What is the technical term for that??
