6. "He was unloading a trailer." In response to Reply # 1
Quick rundown. When we do trailers, we got 1-2 guys in the trailer stackin' skids, one guy pullin' the full skids to the back warehouse. So while that guy is taking the skids back, the other guys are loading up so that the flow moves quickly because the unloads are time sensitive.
This dude and the other guy in the trailer, the second my guy would pull the skids back, would just sit down and jump on their phones. Dude pulling came back and was like "I'm not stacking these *and* pulling them." Temp started in on how he knows what he's doin' and he's done more trailers in his life, yadda yadda.... then hits him with the sweet gem about pullin' his dick out.
For the record, I never want anyone to pull their dick out on the job lol.

My buddy overheard it (he's like 64 and was crackin' the fuck up, as was I).
One of the other managers overheard the commotion, and went in just to calmly be like, "Yo, we just gotta hit this time because we get billed if we're over" and temp came allllll the way outta pocket at him. That was what did him in.
For the record, this dude was preachin' maaaaaad religion in the Production earlier in the week too. All that shit went out the window quick. lol

When dude at my job got fired I was all on his side when he was going in..
But then I realized that while he wasn’t technically wrong he was basically throwing everyone under the bus after his first month on some hypothetical shit.
Real talk. His manager was a woman and I don’t think he could handle that shit.
