Do you still gift? How have you gone about explaining that you sincerely don't want anything?
i think me and my SO are at max capacity for physical things. What we've wanted we have already, so i'm thinking if any gifts are to be given we'd probably be happy with consumables (candy, food, soaps, etc)

we are going with $100. no gift cards. we can submit a wish list and folks have the option to buy off of the list or gift something of their choosing. everyone is 100% onboard and i'm super stoked for it. christmas is really about the kids.
the key to happiness is not being rich; it's doing something arduous and creating something of value and then being able to reflect on the fruits of your labor
if youre looking for an app or site to manage it. might be others out there but weve been using this one. its kind of cool because you can see others wish list even the name you didnt draw so if you wanted to get someone something you would have an idea of what to get them.

Last year my brother bough 6 or 7 cheap ass gifts and would draw a name, hand out the first gift and then whoever’s name came next could tale the gift someone had or take a chance on what was in the bag.
Not sure what it was called but it more fun than opening one gift.
I’ll prolly take everyone to dinner over the holidays or we will do the 50 dollar gift limit.
My kids living the good life tho. Christmas is basically all for them do they are getting more gifts each year than I prolly got my whole childhood.

A few years back we stopped giving each other material stuff and started giving each other things like concert tickets, sporting event tickets, spa days, yoga classes...etc.
It's just the three of us and the kid is easy; a couple of video games and accessories, and something he needs.
Last year, I gave the wife Essencefest tickets. She gave me tickets to UFC. The boy got videogames and a lacrosse stick.

I don’t need anything this year.
I may buy the house a sound bar but that’s it.
