It's been a long 9-month journey. But we found the house that the wife loves, completed the closing process in 24 days, closed on 11/8 (Friday) and moved in on 11/18 (Yesterday).
Location: Cumming, GA!
In the last week, we've had new carpet installed, had cleaning crew came in, and I have spent hours in my beloved favorite place - Home Depot just roaming and picking up random stuff.
Gotta bring in the painter to change the color the walls, get a new Lawnmower, two Water hoses, 2 new ceiling fans, and build a dope stone patio off of the main deck so that I can have a DOPE Firepit and Grill area. I can't wait to pressure wash the Driveway and flaunt my green yard in the spring - yah, I love yard competitions..lol

A lot of Black folks and Indian folks live up there now. We're 1.5 miles off the highway, by 3 grocery stores, shopping, we can access the Greenway path at the back of the subdivision, the school systems are amazing, etc. I'm only 3 exits from the job and 4 exits from the church abd more shopping.

in which rooms r u putting carpet? im asking cuz im pro hardwood everywhere but we need to replace floors in some of our bedrooms and wifey is thinking of replacing them with carpet to save money

Carpet is all Upstairs. and in the living and Dining Rooms. There is Hardwood thoughout the rest of the house. We had to replace the carpet immediately an cost was a factor since we have 5 Bedrooms.
