its great but it just never hit for me. the singles were HUGE and i think that kept me away from listening to it. when i did finally check it out i didnt really love many songs that werent singles. its still a must own.
i need to order some more inner sleeves, all out. im thinking of ordering book of ryan. i also want to order the blu and damu record as well as the gang starr. i might do it and put anything else i want on my xmas wish list.

Got to Charlotte Friday afternoon...surprised my dad..literally, lol.
Watched "Dolemite Is My Name" then hung out with my best friend Friday night. Hit up a Black Food Truck event, then a couple of bars. Don't know if it was the wings from the food truck of the mixing of the likka..but I ended my night throwing up in my mommas house...unacceptable.
Saturday went and checked my homeboy out at an afternoon gig, then hung and talked for a couple of hours. Went to a couple of record stores but didnt buy anything. Ate at one of my favorite spots, then went to my dj gig. Went and ate afterwards then back to my parents crib.
Sunday, I went to my moms grave and I swear I felt her. I heard her talking to me and I felt her there with me. That was extremely overwhelming. I broke down and just cried like a baby. I went back to the car and cried some more. Left there, went back to the crib and talked to my dad about it all. He told me then that he didnt want to do Thanksgiving or Christmas this year because he knows he can't handle it. I told him I understood, and we just wached the games then I hit the road.
...I need to find another job. I'm not feeling this work and it shows.
I was greeted by an Amazon box at my desk this morning. The deluxe version of Prince "The Originals". Caught it on sale on Amazon for half the regular price.

how do you know what pressings they are? ive seen a few that are pretty good prices and im a bit hesitant on them. i did order book of ryan last night so ill know a bit more soon.
also, what about fat beats? i got black beans from their band camp and it shipped from fat beats. it is probably the best sounding record i have. is all their stuff this good or do they not have control of the pressings? im probably ordering the new gang starr and that blu and damu album from there. dont want to miss out on them.
gonna get my face froze and teef filled in a couple hours... I am beat the F up and/or bout to be. I hope they don't need me more than once but I'm pretty sure they will.... using my few last vacation hours for the year up already so I can get tortured with power tools in my mouf.. woo hoo. so hype.

plus it looks like it will freeze tomorrow night. should have turned on the heater lol. might get a little space heater or just bundle up.
finally found a jacket i could use for chilly weather or rainy weather, i hope. i found a columbia one at kohls but couldnt use coupons on it. didnt want to spend $80 on it. found this one for $60 on amazon and i prefer to not have the bland columbia logo on it lol

our weather is fluctuating too much right now. i guess thats normal but going from shorts weather to jacket weather and back to shorts is no fun. ill probably get the heater on this weekend. shouldnt need the AC anymore.
not sure why i never saw it until this year. apparently its a cargo plane for nasa, the last of its kind and its stationed here. ill see it a couple times per month. i thought it was some brand new secret plane.

trying to get this done with. trying to find something good for my two brothers their wives and myself. my brother found a suite that has two bedrooms and i get a sofa bed plus need to find a way to get into one of their bathrooms when needed. im not really feeling it lol id probably be okay with it if one of the bathrooms had access outside of one of the bedrooms.
at least work is slow enough where i can look into options lol

picked one up after work yesterday. set it on a timer when i went to bed. woke up in the middle of the night freezing. the remote was quite handy lol. itll get me through these couple of days.
forgot it was halloween on my drive this morning. saw a lady with sugar skull make up driving the other way and tripped me out lol
they put up a sign at work the other day telling people to dress up but follow dress code....
not really my thing. i think the most ive seen is a halloween tshirt.

we model ourselves loosely over the addams'.. i get lazy with costumes and a bit tired of the constant interruptions of kids but that's just cause I'm a curmudgeon..
if I was single i'd probably only get a costume going for a hot date and a party not work... but now as it is every day I have a hot date and a party at home... amazing I get dressed at all.
