There's a World Death Clock. It currently counts up when ppl are dead or dying. It averages 56 million deaths per year.
I once work as a mortician, and found that the weekends and Mondays were the busiest for me. Why Mondays, because ppl hate work and school.
You can actually call the morgue in your city and they can give you an average count of people dead in your town or city. Or they could have it posted on the website hidden somewhere.

I'm paraphrasing and may not be stating it properly but I heard that somewhere a while back. I didn't think of it again until this post so I did a little digging.

People alive have shared ancestors, and more likely to have shared ancestors as you go back.
I think the most interesting part of the question would be where you would decide the cut off was for first humans. Even though there were way less people around at any given time in the deep past, you can fit so many life times into a hundred thousand years.
