it's not a direct pickup of where S2 ends. but the continuity is intact, just w/ 7 years of time in between that they go into varying levels of details of how shit has changed.

I know the gap was unintentional but “letting” the show breathe and the characters and setting “ develop”into their maturity over the stretch might’ve been the best thing for the show
