ones for kids up until around age 3 or so...
Def. a pick your poison type situation....let em keep a 103° temperature, or bring it down to a safe level with a sugar rush side effect.....

It might even help in getting the medicine into the bloodstream quicker.

Walgreens always tried to up-sell the added flavoring when I picked up antibiotics for the kids. The regular flavor is already sweet enough and tastes like bubble gum.
