Listen to this dude talk crazy for 2 hours with Van Lathan. After watching Wiley's rant about Kaepernick on his Fox Sports show I was interested in hearing a longer explanation of how he came to hating on Kaepernick. I listened to his rant on this show (starts around 57:00 mins in) it didn't really make no sense.

prolly because "everybody" else is? i think that is actually a salient question for everybody (especially since *he* doesn't actually say much period)
personally, i think Kapernick got his settlement so whatever NFL beef there was is moot
as far as the REST of it (police brutality and other systemic racial animus) i think anybody assuming or critiquing other peoples work is kinda iffy
either join 'em or do your own is my personal deal
>yes, I listened to him recount a couple of run-ins with LAPD
its important because it's relevant. here in these OKP streets folks LOVE to voice w/o giving attention to the actual context in play
>are we assuming Kap hasn't experienced similar incidents?
who is we? why is Wiley?
you would have to ask him (though he does speak to his perspective on Kapernick's credibility)
wiley *seems* to explain his own personal experiences and the perspectives that they give and how his perception/knowledge re: kapernick leaves him with credibility questions
hell, maybe they are banging like that and getting the daily popop run up in Wisconsin (or wherever) i dunno
>again...he could pick up the phone and speak directly to the >man...if he chose > >he chose to do these interviews and use his platform to >criticize Kap > >Why?
that's what they whole thing (this series of explanatory clips on VladTV) is about
i think...
>He was once an NFL player...but didn't use that platform to >protest systemic oppression
so because he didn't kneel he didn't do anything?
seems like the assuming thing you were talking about up above
>He has a platform on a major network...but didn't use that >platform to protest systemic oppression >...all he's doing, from what I can tell, is criticizing >someone who did...
"from what you can tell" is a hella slippery slope
